Timeline

  • Consultations week of January 2, 2017. (Appointments are available prior to Jan 2 as needed.) We’ll discuss goals, what to expect, and take measurements and weight.
  • Healthy Eating seminar & grocery store field trip January 7, 2017.
  • Workouts begin January 9, 2017 and continue through February 17,2017.
