First Saturday of the Month is Free!

The first Saturday of the Month is Free! Open to the public! Parents, kids 10 and up are welcome so bring them along and workout as a family!
**Children must have parents present. Parents are responsible for their children and must be prepared to modify their WOD as needed so as to be able to monitor or assist their child.**

Class Descriptions:

  • CrossFit Group Classes¬† – These classes typically contain a Warm Up (Movement Preparation), Strength or Skill, a Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool down (Mobility). Each class is about an hour–sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more.
