First Saturday of the Month is Free!

The first Saturday of the Month is Free! Open to the public! Parents, kids 10 and up are welcome so bring them along and workout as a family!
**Children must have parents present. Parents are responsible for their children and must be prepared to modify their WOD as needed so as to be able to monitor or assist their child.**

Class Descriptions:

  • On Ramp/Foundations/F.I.X. – The On Ramp or F.I.X. program is specially designed to build foundational strength, endurance, mobility, and pre-requisite techniques for the olympic lifts you’ll eventually do.  Each class is about an hour. Why bother with the on ramp or foundations programs? Because CrossFit is a very different type of workout from what most people are used to and there is a lot to learn. We want you to be safe, be prepared, and feel confident when joining the group classes. These classes are also the most time efficient way to teach new folks without taking too much time away from our regulars during the WODs. A private foundations class may be scheduled as needed and is either a one day class held on Saturdays from 8:45am – 11:00am, or divided as a two day class during the week (about an hour each). Email or call to schedule a Foundations class.
  • CrossFit Group Classes  – These classes typically contain a Warm Up (Movement Preparation), Strength or Skill, a Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool down (Mobility). Each class is about an hour–sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more.
  • F.I.X. (FUNctional Intense X-Training) Group Classes – Build foundational strength and solid endurance with body weight movements, interval training, lighter weights, and mobility. Always beginner friendly. No barbell work. No heavy lifting. No olympic lifting. Just fun and fitness!
