Program Description
Meet one or more of our professional coaches one on one in three 60 minute sessions. On-boarding sessions are booked around your schedule and will help you get ready for our group CrossFit classes. We will teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you will get stronger and avoid injury. Most people are ready to go with 3 sessions but if you need more, we can schedule more time.
